Workshop + Class Policies
Refunds: All workshops + classes are non-refundable after 48 hours of purchase.

30 Minutes late policy: I value punctuality and strive to maintain a smooth and organized schedule for my workshops. To ensure the best experience for all participants, I have implemented a 30-minute late policy. Please take note of the following guidelines:
-
Arrival Time: Participants are expected to arrive at the workshop venue at least 1o minutes before the scheduled start time. This allows for check-in, warm-up, and any necessary preparations.
-
Grace Period: I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, causing occasional lateness. Hence, I provide a grace period of 10 minutes. Participants who arrive within this grace period will be allowed to join the workshop but may miss important warm-up exercises or introductory instructions.
-
Beyond the Grace Period: If a participant arrives more than 30 minutes late, they will not be permitted to join the workshop. This policy is in place to minimize disruption to the class and ensure the quality of instruction for all attendees.
-
No Refunds or Makeup Sessions: Participants who arrive late and are denied entry due to exceeding the grace period will not be eligible for a refund or makeup session. I encourage everyone to respect the scheduled start time and make the necessary arrangements to arrive promptly.
-
Communication: If you anticipate being late for a workshop, please notify me in advance, if possible. While I cannot guarantee entry after the grace period, informing me about your situation allows me to accommodate any necessary adjustments and provide appropriate guidance.
Please note that this policy is in place to maintain the integrity of the workshop and uphold a positive learning environment. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to the specified timelines. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this policy, feel free to reach out to me zalayshia@imintuit.com. I look forward to your active participation and a successful workshop experience.

Illness Policy:If you are experiencing any symptoms of sickness, please stay home. If you need to miss the workshop due to illness, please contact me prior and let me know. If reported before the start of workshop, I’ll issue a credit for a future workshop.

Workshop Fee: The cost per class is $22 ... I based that on dance classes in Portland which range from $15-$30/per hour. The workshop is 3 hours. So it's like grouping 3 classes into one.
Music: Please be aware some songs in class will contain explicit content.
Come prepared: Please bring your own mat and equipment like knee pads. Make sure to bring your own water bottle (there is a water tank for re-filling at the studio).
Confidentiality: What goes on in the workshop stays in the workshop. There will be personal details and stories exchanged so please be respectful and keep all details shared sacred and in house.
